The ASHA VINOD CHORDIA Foundation was established to carry forward the timeless legacy of Late Shri Gulabchand Ji Chordia, fondly known as “Bauji” — visionary, philanthropist, and lifelong servant of humanity.
The foundation also honours the values and contributions of our family members: Shri Birdhi Chand Chordia, Smt. Sunder Bai Chordia, SmtPankawar Chordia w/o Shri Gulab Chand Ji Chordia , and Shri Rajendra Kumar Chordia, whose lives continue to inspire us for service, compassion, and social responsibility
Born on 5th October 1919, Bauji lived a life marked by compassion,
integrity, and dedicated service. As a founding member of the
Vijaynagar-Gulabpura Municipal Committee, he played a key role in pioneering
Initiatives in education, Healthcare , religious harmony, cooperative
development, and welfare—many of which continue to shape lives today.
Bauji’s Lifelong Contributions
Shri Gulabchand Ji Chordia was founding members of many organisations he set up during his lifetime for social
causes and remain at management positions throughout this life
Bauji’s tireless work left adeep imprint on numerous social and spiritual institutions, including:
He was also closely associated with the Gandhi Ashram, Sarvodaya Samaj, and Rajasthan Sevak Mandal, working at
the grassroots to uplift communities and promote spiritual values.. His legacy also includes the establishment of PKV Hospital
Bauji’s vision lives on through his son and daughter-in-law, Shri Vinod Chordia and Smt. Asha Chordia, who have furthered his mission with unwavering dedication.
Shri Vinod Chordia serves as International Vice President of Mahavir International, a respected humanitarian
organisation. Together, they have spearheaded numerous social, religious, and welfare initiatives grounded in Bauji’s values.
Their children — Anurag Chordia and Atul Chordia, along with their spouses — have extended this commitment by founding the ASHA_VINOD CHORDIA Foundation.
The foundation serves as botha tribute and a living extension of the ideals that have guided their familyfor generations.

• Conducting rescue and rehabilitation programs for animals in distress
